I have the Ariola US pressing which has the medley of Givin Up/Looking for Love and then a break and then Falling in Love on Side A. I swear I once heard an mp3 (that I can no longer find) of all three songs linked together with Looking for Love last--and on the fade out on my vinyl you can hear that it sounds like it easily could fade from Falling In Love to Looking for Love at the end... Or am I just imaginign things? I know on 3D only the first two tracks on Side A were linked--Jump the Gun and the divine and underated Red Light.
No, you're not imagining things. My 1978 UK pressing of the "New Dimensions" LP has Side 1 as follows:
1. Giving up, giving in (6:07)
2. Falling in love again (5:34)
3. Looking for love (5:26)
The three songs are joined together, the total length I make as 17:09.
And you are right that only Jump the gun / Red light are mixed together on my copy of the follow-up "3D" LP.
