Please help me with the name and artist of this song!!

I will spell out the lyrics as best I remember them:

"Keep on dancin, dancin and romancin, keep on dancin, dance with me tonight"

The beat was definetly disco and the middle section of the song had a whistle blowing and so on.....

I remember I used to dance to this every time the dj played it, yet I never thought to ask him what the name of the song was.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.....
