I remember he did a comeback album a couple of years ago (goes to check AllMusic.com), in fact he did two albums in 2003 and 2005. I remember seeing the clip of "I'm back" in (faking British accent) the telly. He's a bit fatter, but he's got the same voice, and he's back with Willie Mitchell.
BTW, Al Green's life is one really deserving of a Hollywood biopic!
I'm listening to his Anthology box set and sure the guy can sing, (faking MTV Awards ceremony accent) he's one of the baddest ever, you dig! :icon_razz:
