hello to all, I hope someone can help me.

I'm looking for a disco song, female singer with an accent. This songhas the following chorus:

OOOH IT'S JUST AN EMOTION, COMMOTION....

at the beginnning of the song, we can listen to this girl that is saying "washo, washo, washo,washo"

It sounds more or less like Eurodisco to me
