Any luck here?
This track really hooked me!
There must be an expert that can identify it!!!
Interesting tune..
think it's sounds like: Brothers Johnson
.. hmm
I've definately heard this before on the net. Im pretty sure its self released Bay Area stuff. Now if I can only find that web site again...........
I'll keep Y'all posted.
PS- Yes this song rocks!
great track indeed
I've tried to locate it using the lyrics in google, no chance !
Maybe someone will have some.
If you buy this record your life, will be better.
This song is a REAL trivia!
I have submitted the track to Mr. Limelight himself - Bob Ouimet and he could not tell me who sings this track.
Does anyone knows at least from which continent it was recorded from?
I am getting more and more anxious...
- Marcus
I am verifying a few contacts, stay tuned!
By the way, did u ask Rob Ouimet when was his interview done and who conducted it ?
A+

DON'T DO IT!!!
This track has been doing my head in for months... impossible to find
The only way of getting this tune is by kidnapping a certain DJ from Sweden... Mark Seven... who's up for it? ha ha
Seriously... good luck and please post if anyone gets it
thanks x
did anyone get an id of this?
The two other references I had in view simply ignored my request for identification.
I am NOT big.
Same thing here, no sign of life over the horizon
Let's not give up !
This reminds me of a DJ from Paris trying to identify this dance track from movie "Educating Rita" nearly 10 years ago, some guy from UK out of nowhere finally managed to identify his request this year . . . David Hentschel - I can't dance
If you buy this record your life, will be better.
Did anyone have any luck with this in the end? Cheers
It is still on my follow up list.
So far, everyone ignored my request for i.d..
No longer than yesterday, I've sent the request for identification to a guru from overseas. I am still waiting for his reply.
My guess is that song is probably from UK. It has the "Brit" sound.
Stand by.

Hallo guys and girls,
with the help of my best friend Karl this song could be identified as:
"Breaking in" - performed by "Javaroo" taken from the 1980 Album "Out"
greetings from Germany
Tildeathdouspart may have solved a major mystery...
GEMM has this:
Javaroo Vinyl Records for Sale - Breakin' In LP
"Lost inside adorable illusion...."
Gowwwwwd bless you...and Tildeathdouspart !
I knew it was a Brit group!
A one hit wonder they say.
1980 - It sounded so '85-90s to me... a bit like London Beat
I just don’t know if the excerpt of the thread has been slowed down from the original of if it is the 12" version.
The "frustrating" 3 minute version that I’ve heard is much faster than the sound clip posted here.
It also has a "richer" sound than the 7".
So? Who’ll be the first one to put his hand on the rare 12” available?
Judging by the 900 something hits on this thread, I think the plastic disc will be in high demand…
I don’t think it has been published on CD and I can't get the duration of the 12" version.

thanks tildeathdouspart (and friend!) - was beginning to think this track would never get id-ed.
i have a copy of the album on its way to me so will be able to confirm in the next week or so if it's the same version as the clip i posted.
