Trying to setup a virtual orchestra

    Hi all,

i have been trying to setup som e sounds so i can emulate a disco orchestra and wanna know what instruments i should focus on...

    No sax except baritone sax

violin, viola and cello, trumpets, trombones, vibraphones, flutes, harps, latin percussion, sound effects, and other unexpected sounds....

but am having trouble getting a good run down of the actual instruments used- anyone know of a resource that will outline this?

This MIGHT be a shot in the dark, but on my PC I use PCDJ Producer. It has many various instrumental sounds and some unexpected effects as well. You can always tweak pitch each instrument to sound as perfect as you want it, and it comes with many plugins to help create YOUR kind of sound however you wish, the sky's the limit with PCDJ Producer.

If you're talking about actual hardware instruments, sorry, can't help you there! lol. Good luck.
