It sounds like part of a Stars of 45 medley where they break with their own tune. It seems like it is the beginning of the Beatles medley, but there is a slight variant to it than the recording I have (There seem to be multiple versions floating around); maybe it's a part of an extended version or just another medley altogether. Either way, I hope this information at least can help you into finding out what it is from.

Between Bits & Pieces III and Stars On 45, there was a medley under the name of The Leeves.
