It doesn't sound like something sung by an English speaker. Because it's sung phonetically, it's even hard for me to understand. Probably European, and I'd guess late 70s early 80s rather than mid 70s. Something about a 'Choo Choo Train'?
Disco Funk
I possess an old recording of a song whose identification I've been trying to uncover for years but with no success. The audio sample is located at:
http://lei3.irb.hr/~horvat/mp3/dhr.mp3
I can say with high probability that the song is from mid/early 70s.
Since I do not live in the English-speaking country I wasn't able to catch much
of the lyrics except ....crazy lane ... chorus.
Many thanks in advance

It's : Five Letters - Stories
Extremely grateful for tracking this song down ..I 've just done some checking using Google and it really was Five Letters - Stories from the LP Hysteries (1978). Since I'm not an expert in disco music (I was simply catched by the beauty of the song) I couldn't blame myself for the failure - it's an extremely rare item, not available on CD, even LP is practically impossible to purchase, the artist is less known ...Thank you very much once again
You're welcome..
It's on a cd: Five Letters - L'Integrale (probably a bootleg)
Five Letters is best know for 2 tracks:
Got Got Money (And I Moo) Great disco track..
And 'Ma Keen Dawn' A pop song with was a -in some countries- a small hit
