Well I dont care much for Bobby's records & he seems a total prat but I used to think he was very sexy in his promo videos.
I saw some of it. I never could figure out what she sees in Bobby Brown.
His singing career ain't what it used to be either.

...ya gotta beat the street......
I missed the show...but I've seen some of the clips. The word on the street is "What were Whitney's handlers thinking of...by allowing her to do this interview"??? She admitted she was a drug addict (although NOT crack...it's too cheap/common for her!!!!) She was hoarse throughout and seemed to have spent the prior evening on a binge. She looked like she'd hit the wall. Whitney said she's also addicted to sex...or let me correct that, she's NOT "addicted" to anything, she just has some "bad habits".
And then Bobby joined her , visibly SWEATING like Louis Armstrong after a 3 hour concert. He said he's bi-polar, so he needs weed to keep him, uh..."polar" I guess.
They keep showing a clip of mother Cissy saying she just hopes Bobby doesn't hurt Whitney. Meanwhile, Whitney's ailing father has sued his daughter for $100 million...in fees she or her "handlers" have failed to pay papa for his career advice, I guess.
I think there's a new reality series here. **** David & Liza. Cameras inside the Houston/Brown compound would be much more interesting.
Whitney's new CD drops Tuesday. Is she washed up? It doesn't look too good for her. I've heard there are a few outstanding cuts on the CD...and lotsa filler.
"Lost inside adorable illusion...."
Is bi-polar anything to do with bi-sexual? Just askin'.

Cameras? No way, as they say, Jose. Whitney and Bad-Boy B.B. live in Bernardsville, New Jersey. The snoots up there wouldn't allow such goings on to ruin their quaint, upper-crust community. I mean, they've already allowed "The Negroes" to move in... what else do people want  ? Besides, the damn roads are so narrow you couldn't get a camera crew in the freaking place.Originally Written by markydefad

Whitney's CD came out yesterday..oh, excuuuuse me...the new term is "dropped". Whitney's CD "dropped" yesterday.
Robert Hilburn (LA Times critic ) said the CD wreaked of Michael Jackson-gotta-get-a-hit desperation with a few tracks worth a listen.
I was amused to see that Whitney covers one of the most reviled songs of the seventies in her new CD. No, not Morris Albert's lounge lizard classic "Feelings" or Captain & Tennile's dreadful "Muskrat Love".....Miss Debby Boone's "You Light Up My Life".
Fill in your own joke here. _______________________________

Is this done in her old schmaltzy style or her (ahem) trendy new R'n'B stylee?

Thank you. Whatever consideration I was going to give this CD just went out the window. I can find cheaper ways to make my dogs howl all night.Originally Written by markydefad

Hey; no knocking Captain and Tennille's "Muskrat Love" and Debby Boone's "You Light Up My Life". They're cult classics and songs you never hear on radio anymore, particularly when they do 70's shows. Same for Morris Albert's "Feelings". They will never die!! :D
