    Sheila & B Devotion

On amazon.co.uk there's a new compilation CD out today, june 11th, from Sheila & B Devotion, actualy there are two versions, a single and a double cd version, called "The Disco Singles"
Are all Sheila's disco singles written bij the people of Chic?

No, the first ones like "Love Me Baby" came from a totally other production team (Wickfield-Racer-Forest), "Singing In The Rain" was a cover from the well known Brown/Freed song. After that first Disco album she teamed up with the Chic people.

    Videoskooter,
I'm only interested in the Chic productions, so wich CD should I choose, the double, or the single version?
There's no track list on Amazon....
    Thanks from Holland.

Well I've just had a look at the tracklists Ashley K has posted and if you really want to complete your Chic collection, you'll have to go for the double disc I'm afraid.

Her 2 disco LPs are already available on CD (Singin In The Rain & King Of The World) so the only tracks on this that are new to CD are ones that weren't on either LP like 'No No No No'. I've got most things SBD did but I bet I still get this compilation as I just luv 'em! I wish you could get a DVD featuring their promo videos as they were always a treat. (there's always u-tube!:icon_biggrin:)

I recently got into Sheila recently from the sampling in Alcazar's "Crying At The Discotheque." This would be a great starter to a collection!
