Please ID has red light, green light over and over

I'm at wits end, its not Linda Clifford, its a late 70's disco tune (heard it on a San Francisco Disco station around '79, taped it lost the tape, only heard it once. I've tried all sorts of searches. All I know are the words "red light...red light, red light, green light" a woman is singing, and it echoes while she sings it. Thank you in advance.

Sounds like "Green Light" by Cory Day. This was the flipside to the "Pow Wow" 12" on NY Intl. Records-1979.

Your great knowledge has ended a 30 year quest to finally hear this song again. I didn't realize she was saying "give'm that, give'm that, give'm that green light". It was on an old tape that was lost years ago and it brought back some memories. I wish I could contribute something to this site for the help you have done. Thanks again. Long live disco!

On same album from Cory Daye (Cory and me) was "Powwow" and is definitely the main track.

This song was released in 1979, most definitely the peak year for disco.
