It's Clyde Brown's "You Call Me Back." It's on the Atlantic Disco-Trek LP (Atlantic 18158).

Worth pointing out that the cuts on the "Disco Trek" album are all longer and remixed versions. It is a great album.

It is on the Rhino CD "Crème de la Crème - Philly Soul Classics and Rarities" which I thought I had but don't so I don't know if its the long version or not.
Vol 2 tho has the great 'Pain Reliever' by Sister Sledge !
