I thank everyone in advance, for helping me identify the below song, which goes something like this:

(I think the lead in to the chorus line is either 'lets dance' or something 'romance') followed by: "everyone clap your hands, clap your hands"

Someone said it was the commodores, but I can't find the song.

Finally, I have limited availability to the internet, and may not be able to reply immediately, but I thank you for your help!
