    Love that Hudson People track!

You can also add for me................

    Francine McGhee - Delirium

and a brass-filled Northern Soul instrumental (which for me also fits the bill), Mistura - The Flasher.

    Cayenne - Roberto Who?
Carmen McRae & The Dave Brubeck Quartet - Take Five (The perfect jazz track!)

Oohh yes marmite, Carmen and Dave very nice. Sad to see Carmen passed away recently.

Delirium..... is it Jazz/Funk or is its Disco ?.. nicely blurred lines there.

Have to say that 'The Flasher' is one of my least favourite tracks ever !

Have to add a few now... I love virtually any version of 'Coming Home Baby' but especially the one by The Soulful Strings, and I love 'Burning Spear' by them, plus any other version too !
And 'Afro Harping' and 'Action Line' by Dorothy Ashby.
And on a funk tip...'Never In My Life' by Lee Moses.....'Give A Damn' by Benny Gordon...

The great things about collections like this is there a fewer restrictions to what you can put on it. If. for some reason you can't licence one track, you just replace it with another !

An obscure favorite of mine it's a funkydisco track called "Hideaway", by the group MYSTIC MERLIN. Circa 1981, great playing, melody and groove.

I can't make a list, it would be too long!
It don't mean a thing (if ain't got that swing)
