I've really enjoyed the Salsoul cd releases of their catalog, but one frustration is the poorly edited liners. Critical information is often missing. The mystery of why Inner Life's third album was called Inner Life II may never be revealed to me. Something easier to identify would be the year that the group released "Ain't No Mountain High Enough." Can anyone help?

Inner Life's "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" was released in 1981.

The discrepancy in the LP title numbers is due to a label change. Their first LP was "I'm Caught up" for Prelude in 1979. Then, in 1981 they released "Inner Life" on Salsoul, followed by "Inner Life II" also Salsoul in 1982.
