ID Sought for Double D & Steinski - The Lesson (Feeling Real Good Baby Segment)

Hello, I'm looking to ID a segment of music used in the Double D & Steinski remix of G.L.O.B.E. & Whiz Kid - Play That Beat Mr D.J. (a.k.a. Lesson One(The Payoff mix)).

The lyrics from the particular passage are "Hey, it's feeling real good baby(yeah), so good, it's so good, 'cause I can do it right."

Digging around on Usenet suggests it's from NYC Peech Boys - Don't Make Me Wait, but although this track does have a couple of phrases I've heard sampled elsewhere it doesn't seem to have this particular phrase. I've listened to the Larry Levan mix, the 12" Dub and the original mix so far and also wondered if there was another mix I might be overlooking?
