What sould I say? The problem in Germany is, there were only few people buying disco records in the 70s. So you'll find tons of James Last records - and the suck, except for "Happy Summer Night".
I'll leave the James Last appreciation to others and go back to the original topic! :icon_lol:
Whatever box, crate, rack, pile of records you will always see, without fail Evelyn Champagne King - Shame. If ever I get someone's old collection there is always a copy of this...I think I have five copies :icon_rolleyes:

Abba!
The BeeGees!
Damn!
Disco! Where the Happy People Go.
The First Family featuring Vaughn Meader!
It is a comedy album from the early 60's lampooning the Kennedy family, especially JFK in the White House.
It is a classic and won an Grammy. And Vaughn Meader did a dead on(no pun inteneded) impression of JFK. It was very popular in its time and I listended to the record with my family when I was young. I own one today.
Unfortunately, JFK's assasination killed his career. He just died a year or two ago and was an alcoholic.
You can't miss the cover. It looks like the Kennedy family standing in front of the White House.
Here in France :
Cerrone LPs and a lot of Malligator LPs (don Ray, kongas ...)
Any Donna Summer or Diana Ross LP
Stacy Lattisaw LP on Cotillion - Let me be Your Angel (No!:icon_razz:)
I\'m a Victim ( of th very Song I sing )
two artists seem to pop up in almost every crate when ever I go to a 2nd hand store over here.
Whitney Houston
John Farnham
Some time I do wonder if they pressed a copy for every person alive :icon_lol:
and then there's this classic bargain bin item:
After 20 years of record hunting, I still don't know who the guy is! :icon_lol:

DAMN, i wish I had this album. He was a one -hit wonder over here. I heard he died a few years ago of cancer. His single was "Precious to me" from the early 80's and hit the top 40.
DANCE!!-To the BOOGIE WONDERLAND........
