**Dreamin\' about those disco lights**
I believe the CD reissue is actually two of her LPs, the second of which I have not heard. The first one, titled "Heat", was written/produced/arranged by Ritchie Rome. I really like this album, despite the fact that (a) the main selling point was the sleeve, which doesn't do much for me, (b) the lyrics are weak, and (c) Flower cannot sing to save her life. They buried her voice way in the back of the mix and piled reverb on it, but it didn't help much. But I can forgive bad vocals if the rest of the song makes up for it (like with Caroline Bernier's "Secret Agent Love"). "Heat" has that classy eurodisco orchestral sound that I love so much, and the melodies are quite good IMO. So, whether you would like this album depends on if you like symphonic disco, and can put up with a feeble voice.Originally Written by ruoffended
Dear Ruoffended!
It seems that the most questions about FLOWER had been
answered...although her voice is not that good(I think she
was in reality a model), it´s a very nice 4-Track-Album in
a sleazy HarderDiscoStyle prod. by Richie Rome.
1)Midnight Dancing(6.44)
2)Classical Love(9.43)
3)Our Never Ending Love(7.03)
4)How(9.06)
If you are into Richie Rome, then this one is a must!
I have also another track from 1982 called "Are You Made
Enough", but that´s more funky and not that important for
me.

WHEW! HOT PIECE OF MUSIC! I haven't pulled this in years. Thank you :D . You know, my original is on the All American Records label and was released in 1979. I just checked it against the Motown release and both 12" versions are the same. If you put this on I know I'd be up and dancing! :lol:Originally Written by sirius
