Hi everybody! I hope you can help me!

The song that I want to identify is from 1979 or 1980, the only thing that I can tell you is that it is sung by a couple (woman and man), and the lyrics goes something like this " You chose me, i chose you, any chose is good... or of you" and other verse (sorry for my english!) "oh how we are lucky people, you got me and i got you, any chose is good is..." or something that i don't understand at the end of this verse. It's more r&b.

And the other one, is about 1979 or 1980 too, and it is more rocker, and it has like a cow bell, sung by a man, and the chorus says somethint "lose, lose it!".

You will make me so happy if any of you can help me to ID these songs.
