You can check the few I compiled a while back at http://www.discomusic.com/cds/C0_84_3/
This was some time back so perhaps there are many more Disco downloads now.

    Danka Sir Bernie!
but ive noticed, some songs on itunes that i bought, are no longer on itunes.
and there disco is pretty much commercial
stuff. and short edits of common disco songs. and the site is littered with
with fake-a-boo's like the "Countdown Singers" come on already, itunes thinks we are all dumb, and that the younger buyers will never know the real difference...
i need a link to another site that offers more obscure 12"mixes
and classic disco at the disco lenght. over 6 mins.. its so stupid of itunes
forcing us to but an entire cd,just to get the long version of a certin song.
    Love&kisses!

I agree, on the whole iTunes is geared for the 25 and under, but it has improved greatly since its introduction. If you look hard enough you'll come across a thing or 2 worth getting.

    example:

Inner Life - Inner Life LP
2CD set - Master of the Masterpiece "The Best of Patrick Adams"
Tony Valor LP's - Love Has Come My Way & Gotta Get It

It sounds like U.S. Itunes has a better selection than the U.K. version. This week i bought some singles off them including : First Choice "House Where Love Died" - Major Harris "Each Morning I Wake Up" - Marvin Gaye "One More Heartache" - Melba Moore "Love's Comin' At Ya" - The Chimes "Heaven" & Lamont Dozier "Take Off Your Makeup" it can come in useful sometimes.

I Think they need to hire folks in there 30s 40s & 50s to really get them cookin' with there Disco Selections...its as if they are clueless...I would love to offer my services...But its really sad the things I've seen posted on Itunes...for example they have some really crappy rerecorded cd of the Greatest Hits for Santa Esmeralda...U can read the reviews for yourself to see wat I mean...and thats all they have for this group! If they get there act together it can be a great place to get tunes for the ipod...What do u think I'd like to know...:icon_confused: EG
