Is anyone on here from Utica N.Y.? It's one of those cities where you can go back after 20 years and it still looks the same.

David Mancuso of the Loft told me he was raised in Utica, NY. He specifically told me, "I didn't agree with the status quo of the environment that I was living in. I knew instinctively that it was wrong..." I guess that's a thumbs down on Utica.
