The Fugees - Bootleg or a rare gem?

To all experts in this forum:

Please check this picture at: http://img178.imageshack.us/img178/5341/p3120371rl3.jpg and tell me if it is a genuine "advance promotional copy" as stipulated.

I got this vinyl at a yard sale.

The sound quality is average and there is no mention about the Fugees on the label.

I couldn't find a similar vinyl on the net.

That makes me think that it could be a simple bootleg.

Has anyone seen this promo record somewhere else?

    - Marcus
