Hey, thanks for listening.
I'm afraid the sample i have is just the as i posted but looped over and over.
A few people have said that it sounds very familiar now!
If i find out what it is i'll be sure to post up the details. :icon_razz:

high upon a hillside
high up where the stallion

I know this song.....Can't for the life of me remember the title or artist. I had forgot all about it till now. It's from around 1980, I'll keep looking. ( maybe I'll find it)
It almost sounds like a remixed & speeded-up version of 'Slow Down' by Le Pamplemousse (if it was done by Harry Thuman perhaps?). It's the bass line, it's so familiar.

Hey all,
Just want to say thanks for all the help identifying the sample. :icon_razz:
Oh, so thaaat's why it rings a bell. One of those tracks I had but hadn't thoroughly listened to in too long a time. I just pulled it out, and am listening to it. Cool track indeed.
Well I got the right song but the wrong artist!DD, I haven't heard John Miles' version in years & can't remember it sounding that good!:icon_eek: I might get myself a copy as it has so much more energy than the Le Pamplemousse version.

John Miles doing Disco shouldn't have been that much of a shock. I remember a record of his from 1971 or thereabouts, Why Don't You Love Me, that was an absolute belter for the dancefloor and VERY soulful too.
Slowdown would always be in my top X00.
