the second one is "rock it" by lipps nc.
the first one's vocal is VERY familiar, the production sounds like very Canadian, i'm thinking erotic drum band off shoot, i have a 12" called "love christmas love" (a chiristmas version of "love disco style", it's not too bad either) with the same vocalist singing.
that's all i can come up with at the moment.
