Need Help With Two Songs From The '80s

The first song comes form the mid 80's I don't know exactly what the songs lyrics are so here is my best shot. " Give it up, I'm gonna try to blow your mind find the spot that makes you hot sounds so nasty ooh" the record had a sound that would remind you of the group The Time w/Morris Day. The Other song has a chorus that goes "Sign here on the dotted line" and the beginning of the song goes something like "I am the party of the part, you are the party of the second" that's all I know except for the song would make you think that either the Trammps or Tavares recorded it during the disco era so this song may be from the late '70s to early '80
