It sounds like two records in the sample that you have given us?
The second is:

BOTTOM & COMPANY - GOTTA FIND A TRUE LOVE (Motown 197?)

..very popular here, on the UK Modern Soul scene.

I think you can find it on some compilations as the original is hard to find/very pricey.
Try looking out for the CD/LP: Modern Soul - Living For The Weekend (Irma Records, Italy 2002) ..I know that it is on there.
