Re-Edits: Can They Be Done On A PC?

Hi - popping my forum cherry here.

Is it possible to do re-edits of disco tracks on a standard PC and if so what software would I need?

Bought a load of disco CDs so ripping them should be fine, would make an interest project to kill time over summer.

It would be for personal use only, I'm aware of copyright.

Certainly. If you're just doing simple re-edits, a freeware editor like Audacity will do the trick.

    Thanks man.

Hmmm spooky... I spent my summer in Ontario last summer (Toronto, Oshawa, Ajax, Kitchener/Waterloo).. what are the odds?

    Cheers again.
