Yetta,
I don't know any of them. :(
Hey guys my friend just finished my web page. I have three 30 second instrumentals (Saint 1986 Gay Pride Day DJ Warren Gluck) on the site that need to be indentified. Just click on the dj gif and a sound file will open. The first one was the opening number for the night. It has a Vangelis feel to it but it's not Vangelis. It is about seven minutes long and done in the classical bolero style. It keeps repeating with slight variations as it builds to a cresendo. I have almost everthing that Vangelis did and I don't recongize the piece. Later next week I'll post some of the other
ones I asked to be indentifed and which no-one got. Hopefully hearing the pieces will spark someones memory. Here's the site

Yetta,
I don't know any of them. :(
"Lost inside adorable illusion...."
Well, I was able to get to the Web page with no problem, but I didn't know any of the three song samples (although No. 3 sounded familiar).
\"...a once in a lifetime feeling that returns every week...\"
Sorry I don't know #1 and #2.
#3: A newwave track from 1981 on "Genetic" records:
Pete Shelley - Witness the change
On the same side A, there is a 2nd track called:
"I don't know what it is"
produced by Martin Rushent, same great producer for "The Human League" and "Altered Images"
This sound was way ahead of its time for the early 80's.
Pete Shelley also released another hit "Homosapien" in 81 on "Arista" records.
If you buy this record your life, will be better.
Thanks Disco 1999, I actually have the Shelly album that it's on but somehow had forgottened about it.

Johnnyboy,
I have long since changed the mystery songs at my homepage. Disco1999 was right about the #3 song at the time. It was Pete Shelley. Thanks for identifing the new mystery song in the #3 spot as by Coke Escovedo. #1 and #2 still need to be identified. I would appreciate it greatly if anyone could id these songs. You can listen to a sample of them at my home page:
