    Paul "Tubbs" Williams, founder member of legendary London Jazz Funk bands Light of the World and Incognito, and latterly resident in Rotterdam, Holland, has joined the Ancestors.

    Along with a host of UK leading lights, Incognito will be taking part in a benefit show for the family of Incognito founder member Paul "Tubbs" Williams on Monday 9 April 2007 at Dingwalls in Camden, London.

    They hope that you will be able to join them in remembrance of the big guy who is sadly missed by all those whose life he touched with his incredible musical talent.

    Prices are inclusive of a booking fee + vat £3.00

    Face value of the ticket is £20.00

    I'm not sure how I missed this sad news. I had the pleasure of meeting Tubbs once at a Weekender in Margate playing with Light Of The world (I think?). He was a gentleman and his bass playing blew me away.
    Condolences to his family.
