Just today I got the Sensual Sound of Silvetti - Spring Rain Japanese re-release on CD. The album just is amazing with its mixture of fast and slow grooves. Only "Coconut Rain" sounds a little bit strange in comparison to the rest of the album.:icon_surprised:
The reproduced LP sleeve of the original album is a nice feature as well although it's a little bit different in size compared to your average cd jewel case so this album will always be outstanding in a way.:icon_lol:
Is "Spring Rain" the only disco hit on this album or were others played at the discotheques as well?
"Wisdom is the province of the aged, but the heart of a child is pure."
– Indian saying ("The Party")
one of my favorite LP's along with his "world without words" LP on which "spring rain" first appeared."voyage of no return" was pretty big as well off the LP "spring rain"
Don't know about clubs, but in my (and his) country at least half of the WORLD WITHOUT WORDS album was used in TV advertising.
My favorite track, "Contigo" (With you), is not a disco track.
It don't mean a thing (if ain't got that swing)
