I have been trying to find about a dozen old disco songs with no luck. Does anyone know where to buy hard to find CD's ( I don't own a turntable). I'm not sure if this is allowed on this site. I'm not trying to do anything illegal, I am just trying to find some songs that I listened to 30 yrs. ago.
thanks for you help

Hey Anthony! Good to see you post.
Try typing in the song names on allmusic and a CD compilation may pop up with that track on it. Even most obscure songs do appear on Cd at some point. It may be a greatest hits package, an import, or a compilation with many different artists.

If you want to post some accurate titles with artists and versions, I could help you find what disc its on today.:icon_razz: As for stores or websites, the best and easiest retailer for hard to find CDs is Amazon-U.S. | Amazon-U.K., half.com at ebay, GEMM, Oldies.com (which has tons of Collectables, Atlantic, and Warner releases). Tower and Media Play used to have a nice supply of current issues at their store but they both has since closed:icon_sad: .
PS: I'm a Cd collector only and I usually track down hard to find stuff as opposed to dig in record crates.
I agree with eddie. I'd start with allmusic first.

That way you know where to find those songs as well as the lengths and release date.
Find them and destroy them!
