What a flashback! That commercial definitely has that 70s feel to it. To think that was the norm on TV back then. I was waiting to hear the announcer say... "New from Ronco..." or the "Ginsu knives..."
I used to be an assistant manager trainee at Sam Goody back in the 1980s, but by then all the Disco records were long gone. Heck Sam Goody's 12 inch singles selection was very slim and overpriced at around $5.00 when everyone else in New York City had them for $2.99-3.99.
