    CD Recorder

Hi. I do not have actually a CD recorder and therefore I have to do a huge work when I need to create an audio CD because first of all I have to record the song on the PC and then on the CD with a CD burner. Just a question now:
when you record a tape you can adjust the recording level. Can you do this with the Cd recorder? and how?
Which best deck for a quality/price would you recommend?
    Thanks

I bought a Sony and you can adjust the recording level; it has a recording level adjustment function, just like cassette recorders. I have found, though, that some CD recorders don't have an adjustment for the recording level--yuck!! I stayed away from those models.
