There is a song late 70´s, eraly 80´s that I need help identifying. No clue if I got the song´s chorus right nor part of the lyrics but help will be greatly appreciated.

There´s a friendly disco... (not sure if the right work is friendy)
Chorus starts with
Mandalay she´s must to cool.
