I'm trying to find out what the name of the song and the group is here. Some of the lyrics go kinda like this....

Chorus -
Are you ready or not, they're funkin' on the street,
Every body's dancin' and every body's on the beat (2x)

....something like that.

It has horns and a nice bassline in the bground. It is definately from the mid 1980s, The beat is real fresh and funky. Anybody have an idea what it could be? Thanx!
