Is it my ears or is everything just slowed down? I hate it when they do that..the pitch is all wrong. Isnt the second one Bette Midler?

I think the Bette Midler sounding one may actually be Sarah Dash - Touch & Go which was on her self titled album that featured Sinner Man. Does anyone have this by any chance and could possilby check, would be much appreciated.
