Hi All,

I am looking for a bit of advice on connecting a MIDI keyboard to my PC.
From what I have been able to find out so far I have two options. MIDI to USB or MIDI to (Soundblaster) Sound Card cables. As I have an SB soundcard and have run out of USB sockets on my hub the MIDI to SBC offers the most attractive option. Not to mention the cable is only half the price. I do have some concern that as this is an older technology it wont work any more but then my PC is pretty old. Still running Windows98 and 1.1 USB.

Any opinions?
