Universal is releasing the "W.C. Fields Comedy Collection: Volume 2" on 03/20/2007. Universal has a huge library of old films that they have been very slow to release on DVD. It's a limited market for this stuff so I'm glad they are getting around to another Fields box set. (This is a Region-1 release, don't know if it will be available in Europe).
