    cover art quiz #9 -a Latin swinger-

    the guy in the yellow shirt had his first hits in 1967 with a typical mix of Latin & R&B... he also co-founded one of Disco's hottest labels in 1973...who is the singer/musician portrayed here?? And which label from NYC do I mean??:icon_rolleyes:
