It's Van Hinton - Come On Down And Rock Me which is on her Remember Me LP on Earmarc Records. Seems a bit of a tricky one to track down as well, so happy searching! :)

I came up with nothing in my searches though-is the
first name Van? I think Earmarc was the label the Duncan
