The only track from the 1990

Hi. It has been years that I've been searchin a particuler song. I believe it is a eurodance from the 90's. It sounds alot like Rythm is a dancer and Before the night is over. It is song by a male. Synth driven. It really sounds like rythm is a dancer by Snap. "Everybody, everybody, everybody everywhere!" Any suggestions of song title and artist would be much appreciated.

F.P.I Project "Everybody(All Over The World)" 1991?
It's not black box, thanks anyways! FPI project, I hope to here a sampler if I can find it. Thanks will let you know! Found a sample at energyflashrecords.co.uk and it's not it. This is house and not the same style.

Hey Buck, cannot be. It's early 90's tune. Probably eurodance. It can be percieved as a blatant ripoff of Snap's Rythm is a dancer.
Everybody Be Somebody by Ruffneck?
Needlefingers, that's not it! Thanks for trying.
can't remember exactly what it was called... but there was a big club and pop hit (a sort of hip house thing) called something like "Everybody, Everybody" by, I think, the Criminal Element Orch ft Wendell Williams. It sampled Southshore Commission's 'Free man', if memory serves. Might be that one.
