Hey, I was just gonna type that---went to allmusic for confirmation--but they didn't have much--no mention of that title.
My guess is also: Party Me Tonight from "D.C. Cab"--this is one of those hyper-beat tunes popular in the mid-80s ("Maniac"/ "Part-Time Lover")--probably too fast to dance to in a club--but kinda fun.
