I can't verify thunder and lightning AMG doesn't have a listing for Risque but they do have a listing on a compilation cd from 1999 (classic dance songs) by a group called Heat-X-Change/Kevin Power. Neither Winmx or Kazaa have either artist in their data bank.

The lyrics are indeed a perfect match for "Thunder & Lightning" by Risqué. I have this on a 12" from the Netherlands; catalog number is Polydor 2141 626, ©1982.
However, the track doesn't start off with thunder... although there is synthesized thunder throughout it.
