that's "no favors" by temper on mca records with Anthony Malloy doing vocals....one of the 1984 summer anthems....they also came out under the name "serious intention" later that year with "you don't know" on easy street which was a definite hallmark of mid-80s nyc club music...if you like this song, i would also look for titles from 1985-1986 on the PowWow label such as:
