"Heaven & Hell" Breakbeat/Disco version

Hello, i've been looking for an old breakbeat/ Disco song that sampled "Heaven and hell is on earth" by the 20th Century Steel band. I asked a DJ, and he said it was called children cry. If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it. Thanks, Jose.

I think the track you are looking for maybe from: Kenny Dope presents Powerhouse 3 and the track is called “Makin' A Living” this uses the 20th Century Steel Band sample and a guitar/breakbeat sample to make a basic but effective (if now a bit dated) hip-hop breakbeat track, it first came out in 1991, it’s been reissued a couple of times and should be fairly easy to find.
