It IS Ian Dury but without the Blockheads. You'll find "Trust (is a must)" in the 1981 album Lord Upminster, recorded with Chaz Jankel as producer I believe.
I remember that song; quite good and funky. Had it in a tape mixed with "I can't go for that" by Hall & Oates.
It don't mean a thing (if ain't got that swing)
