    Top 5 Halloween Disco Songs

Just realized I am playing a Halloween gig tonight. Anyone care to suggest some signature cuts. My minds a blank at this point.

I did a special Haloween show last year which included tracks like:

    Cerrone: Supernature
Hot Blood: Terror On the Dance Floor
Patrick Cowley: They Came At Night
    Adrissi Brothers: Ghost Dancer
    Whodini: Haunted House of Rock
    Michael Jackson: Thriller
    Skatt Brothers: Walk the Night

I forgot the rest of my playlist or even the exact order in which I played them, but I hope that helps.

Hey Bernie - thanks for that.

I would also think of throwing in Peter Brown - They Only Come Out At Night, although its not all that 'spooky' !

That reminds me that I also played "Do Ya Wanna Get Funky" by Peter Brown. I need to find my playlist from last year's show since I've forgotten so much.

Hope I'm in time. Here's a few cuts I used when I did a Halloween gig on October 21... 1995.

PHANTOM OF THE OPERA - HARAJUKU
AGE OF LONLINESS (Enigmatic Club Mix) - Enigma
    SCREAM - MICHAEL JACKSON
FANTASY FROM MORTISHIA TO GOMEZ ADDAMS - DESTINATION
TUBULAR BELLS - BOOK OF LOVE
    THRILLER - MICHAEL JACKSON
    SUPERNATURE - CERRONE

And, if you have the Bobby Pickett CD or LP, of course play "Monster Mash".

Also... MC Hammer - Theme from The Addams Family
Love Has No Time or Place

Thanks for the tips - I palyed quite a few of them and the gig went well - my own favourite of the night was RIGOR MORTIS by CAMEO - not strictly a 'spooky' track but right on the funk money

It was a hit in 1981 (I can't believe !), Ghost Town/The Specials, I can't get no goose flesh when I listen to this real ghost song.

Its a tad old now, but today I found out a track that I had completely forgotten about (gives you an idea what I thought of it). I obviously bought it for the blood stained yellow vinyl pressing or was given it. It's amazing what crap I've had stored away all these years.
Phantasm by Captain Zorro. Produced by Biddhu.
As it says on the cover "If this one doesn't scare you, you're already dead!"

Sorry it's a bit late in the day - only just found this wonderful board.

Anyway, a very "subtle" Halloween" tune I play is...ahem....wait for it - "Ain't nobody" by Chaka Khan.... sorry !

Supervogue: Please elaborate, as it's much too subtle for me.
