    Andy this one I am sure is Gino Soccio as well, just can't place the title of the song, check his later LP's like the one with "Turn It Around" or even the "S-Beat" one

    FAO Disco Kid, I've got the id of RP10 now which you said you were looking for. It's actually by Stars On 45 called Don't Give Up. You can find it on the B side of their Rolling Stones medley on CNR Records
