    hey jeffree,

forgive me for not minding *my* business , but what's the sandy steel record?

i've never heard of it. i'm still discovering more of the canadian stuff. like a lot of things, some of it is pretty awful, but then some of it does sound pretty amazing today!

    any info would be appreciated!

    thanks,

SFbeary Being that I was born and raised in L.A. I went to the clubs starting at the age of 16. Going to all the disco clubs in the hay days of disco I frequent a club called GINO'S in hollywood from 1975 to 1980 we were the under 21 crowd and it was a popular disco club. Anyway the DJ Played the best and top disco music he also would speed up all songs. Sandy Steel's Mind Your Own Buisness came out late 79/80 and was played alot it was a big hit even clubs like Circus Disco played it. Has a good beat word,s can I have a taste of your ice cream "No mind your own b". Can I lick the crumbs from your table "No Mind Your Own b". A LOT of songs came out on uniwave label which than turned into unidisc and is still around. It is a hard song to find. Hope this will help.
