    Hi everyone,
I've been having trouble identifying a song. I don't have a sample of it but I know some of the lyrics to it.

    The beginning goes like this:

Living the life, you're a jet setter
Living the life, you've got it all together

    Chorus:

Ooo Everybody wants to be...pushy, pushy
    Everybody wants to be...pushy, pushy
    Told you

I would appreciate it if someone could help me. I've been to other forums but no one seems to know it and it's been almost a year. By the way, it is a female singer

    Thanks

The song is "Bourgie, Bourgie" by either Ashford & Simpson (they wrote it)--but there's is an instrumental--so it must be Gladys Knight. John Davis & the Monster Orchestra also did it as an instrumental.

"Everybody wants to be bourgie, bourgie" --as in bourgeois, middle-class or upwardly mobile--"movin' on up to the east side"

    Get the picture?

    Say "Yes we see".
    "Lost inside adorable illusion...."
